“DC Builders were brought into a project to cut through concrete floors and install condensate pipe work for fridges and underground drainage. Their works included the cutting of the floor, the excavation of the concrete and hard core, and they were also responsible for the dowelling of the floor to form construction joints ready for others to infill. Whilst on site they also took on some demolition works that were behind programme from another contractor.
